Project Listing Policy
Guidelines for responsible project listings on ProjectsBazaar
Purpose
ProjectsBazaar is a marketplace for learning, reference, demo, customization, and legitimate development support. This policy outlines acceptable practices for listing projects, ensuring clarity, responsibility, and respect for intellectual property and academic integrity.
Acceptable Listings
Ready Project Packages
You may list ready project packages only if you own the source code, have explicit permission from the owner, or are using open-source materials with proper licensing compliance.
Similar Builds & Custom Builds
You may offer to build similar projects based on ideas, references, GitHub repos, library projects, or existing apps. Clearly state that these are original implementations inspired by references, not copies.
Setup, Debug, Documentation, and Help Services
You may offer services to help with setup, debugging, documentation, PPT creation, viva preparation, and project explanation. These services should be clearly described as guidance and support, not as selling copied materials.
Hardware Kits & Components
You may list hardware kits, components, and deadstock projects that you legally own and have the right to sell.
Software Templates
You may list software templates that you own or have permission to distribute, with clear licensing terms stated.
Prohibited Listings
Copied College Library Submissions
Do not sell or distribute college library submissions, past projects, or materials that you do not have permission to share.
Pirated or Unauthorized Materials
Do not sell pirated software, cracked tools, or any materials that violate copyright or licensing terms.
Misleading Claims
Do not claim ownership of materials you do not own. Do not misrepresent the origin, capabilities, or completeness of your listings.
Academic Dishonesty
Do not encourage or facilitate academic dishonesty. ProjectsBazaar is not for submitting others' work as your own.
Ownership Declaration
When creating a listing, you must declare that you own, created, or have permission to share/sell any files you provide. If you do not own the exact source/files, you must clearly state that you are only offering a service, showcase, similar build, setup help, debugging help, documentation help, guidance, or customization.
For group projects, you must confirm you have permission from all contributors to share or sell any files. If you do not have permission, offer only services or similar builds.
Responsible Use Notice
Buyers are responsible for understanding, modifying, and using materials according to their institution or organization rules. ProjectsBazaar does not guarantee academic acceptance, originality, marks, or approval.
Listings are provided for learning, reference, demo, customization, and development support. Buyers should not submit purchased materials as-is where prohibited by their institution.
Admin Review
Admin review checks listing quality, clarity, safety, and obvious issues. It does not certify copyright ownership or academic acceptance.
Admins may approve ready source/file packages only when the listing looks clear and responsible. If ownership is unclear, admins may ask sellers to change listings to service-only or similar-build, or reject the listing.
Consequences of Violations
Violations of this policy may result in listing removal, account suspension, or permanent ban. Repeated violations or serious offenses will be handled strictly.
